Two emails in one day. I know. This one’s worth it.

This morning I showed you the 5 Claude features. Tonight I’m giving you the system that turns features into income.

Every software I’ve launched in the last year, including two that crossed 1,000 paying members, went through the same 4 steps. Most people skip straight to step 3, and that’s exactly why 99% fail.

Here’s the system:

Step 1: Find the idea. Stop brainstorming “cool apps.” Go where people complain: Reddit threads, YouTube comments, Facebook groups in your niche. A repeated complaint is a business idea wearing a disguise.

Step 2: Validate BEFORE you build. This is the step that saves you months. Check the search volume, study the competitors, see what they charge and what their users hate about them. If the numbers don’t work on paper, they won’t work in code. Only build when you have a green light.

Step 3: Build it with AI. The part everyone fears is now the easy part. Copy-paste prompts into an AI builder and you have a working product in a weekend for about $50. My 65-year-old dad did it in a day.

Step 4: Get customers. The step that separates the 1% from everyone else. Daily organic posts with the hook-and-comments framework, simple image ads, and listing where buyers already search. Building is easy. Distribution is the business.

Print this. Every failed app skipped step 2 or step 4. Every winner ran all four.

Want to watch the entire system run live? That’s literally what my free workshop is. I find an idea, validate it, build the software, and show you the exact customer machine behind $18 million in sales, all on screen, in real time.

Your support queue gets a head start every morning.

Viktor reads overnight tickets, tags them by product area, summarizes the patterns, and posts a brief in #support. The agent picks up the queue already triaged. The PM sees recurring requests rolled up by Friday.

Scale AI support on AWS, see how July 9

You'll see how to resolve an average 76% of conversations with Fin on AWS enterprise-grade infrastructure, procure through AWS Marketplace to put committed cloud spend to work, and turn the Fin and AWS collaboration into lower support costs. Register for the live session to see how.
