Quick question.
What would you build if building took an afternoon instead of a year?
Last week I sat down after lunch and built a women’s fitness app with AI. Real app. Real design. Zero code written by me.
Here’s the exact process:
Step 1: Describe the app like you’re texting a friend. Not a spec document. “An app for women who want 20-minute home workouts, tracks streaks, sends one daily reminder.” That’s enough to get a working first version.
Step 2: Let AI build the ugly version fast. Speed beats pretty. You want something clickable in 30 minutes, not something perfect in 3 weeks.
Step 3: Fix by pointing, not coding. Screenshot anything you don’t like and tell it what to change. “Bigger buttons. Move the tracker to the home screen.” It’s like having a developer who never gets annoyed.
Step 4: Ship it to ONE real person the same day. One real user’s feedback beats ten hours of you polishing alone.
I filmed the entire build start to finish so you can copy it:

P.S. When you’re ready to turn a build like this into actual income, my free workshop walks through the full system that’s done $18M in sales: https://getmakerai.com/jm

Air Texas was paying $2,000 a month for an answering service that couldn't close jobs.
Their first after-hours call with Podium’s AI Employee booked a $20,000 job.
Now no call goes unanswered after 5PM.
