What's going on, it's Jonathan.
Before you write your next post, finish this sentence:
“Someone who finds this useful would naturally want help with ______.”
If the blank has nothing to do with your offer, the post may attract attention without giving readers a reason to take your next step.
Here's an example.
Say your offer helps local businesses handle incoming leads.
A post listing random AI tools might get interest. But a lesson about organizing unanswered inquiries connects much more directly to the problem your service solves.
Start with the problem
Write down one question a potential customer asks before buying. For this example: “How do I keep new inquiries from getting lost?”
Build your post around a small, useful answer. Show a simple lead list with a name, contact method, next action, and follow-up date.
Make the next step fit
After teaching the lesson, offer something that helps the reader continue: a walkthrough, a template, or a demo of your service.
Use one clear invitation. A helpful post doesn't need to send people to five unrelated destinations.
Then create the content
If you have a YouTube video answering that customer question, Freedom Threads can help turn it into social-post drafts.
Before publishing, review each draft against the sentence at the top. Does the lesson match the reader's problem? Does the invitation lead somewhere useful?
That's the exercise for today: choose one customer question, one video, and one next step.
