Right now there’s a small group of people using Claude AI completely differently than everyone else.

Most people type questions into it like a search engine. This group uses 5 specific features to build brands, ship apps, and create income streams, all from ONE subscription.

I just dropped a full video breaking down all 5. Here’s the quick version:

Feature 1: Claude Design. Give it a couple of brands whose style you love and it builds your entire identity: exact color codes, fonts, a full design system. Then it makes a pitch deck and landing page that match perfectly. Designers charge thousands for this. Claude does it in about 20 minutes. People are already selling this as a service.

Feature 2: Claude Code + Cowork. There’s an app that does ONE thing: snap a photo of a coin and it tells you what it’s worth. It makes around $500K a month. You can now build apps like that by describing them in plain English. No code. Cowork mode is where beginners start.

Feature 3: Token mastery. Claude re-reads your entire conversation with every message. So: start a new chat when you switch topics, ask for everything in one message, make it plan BEFORE it builds, and edit your original message instead of stacking corrections. Same subscription, 3-5x more output.

Feature 4: Claude can watch videos for you. There’s a free skill that takes any video link and hands you the speakers, key insights, and important moments in about 2 minutes. Point it at your competitors and you have a research assistant that never sleeps.

Feature 5: Claude Projects. Group your chats and files so Claude remembers everything across sessions. People are using this to publish books on Amazon, sell Excel templates on Etsy, and ship Chrome extensions that solve one annoying problem.

I go deeper on every single one in the video, including the exact mindset behind the simple apps that quietly print money.

My challenge for you: pick ONE of these five and actually use it this week. That’s how everything starts.

Talk soon,

Jonathan

P.S. The highest-value move on the list is Feature 2: building software people pay for every month. At the end of the video I show you how we find ideas people will actually pay for BEFORE you build. Watch to the end: https://youtu.be/dcbCp7w55qM
